Who We Are

The owner, Vincenzo Spina, served the Statesville area since 2003.

After managing numerous restaurants and years of hard work and persistence, Vesuvio's was finally introduced in 2015. Vesuvio's has built a solid reputation, thanks also to the dedication and perseverance of my brother-in-law Antonio consistently serving delicious Italian dishes using the freshest and most local ingredients whenever possible.

As a family-run Italian restaurant, we are committed to maintaining a family-oriented structure. Every time a customer dines with us, we want them to feel as if they are eating at home. A family member is always present and greets all our guests as friends because we simply want you to have the best experience possible. Vesuvio's constantly gives back to the community in many ways.
